Fill out the return form that was sent with your order. Please pack the products carefully and remember to enclose the filled return form with your return. If you cannot find the return form, you can print out a new one here. If you are not able to print out the form, you can also write down the information requested on the form by hand on a piece of paper.
Request a UPS return here. Click “Continue as guest” and fill out the form with the needed details. Please enter the value “1” in the field titled “Weight”. After you send the form forward (by clicking on “Process shipment”) you will receive a UPS return label via e-mail, that you can download and print out. Attach the label on the surface of the package with transparent tape, covering your address on the packet. Bring the package to a UPS Access Point™ and keep the receipt to yourself. Alternatively, you can request UPS to pick up the package at your own expense.
How can I pay for my order?
In the Dachstein Outdoor online shop you can use Klarna to pay via credit card. Details of the available payment options and applicable terms can be found on the Klarna website. In the Klarna App you can easily track the ordering process and manage your invoices. The intermediary for the payment is Klarna Ab, which is why the bank statement may show Klarna as recipient of the payment. The payment is forwarded from Klarna to the Dachstein Outdoor online shop. You can track your order and pay any open invoices through Klarna.
By using the Klarna Checkout service you accept the terms of Klarna Ab (556737-0431, Sveavägen 46, 11134 Stockholm) that can be found at checkout. What happens if I cannot pick up my parcel within the storage period?
If you do not collect the shipment within the storage period, ownership of the package will revert to the Dachstein Outdoor online shop and the goods will be returned. After the return is encountered and processed by us, you will be refunded within 14 days to the original method of payment. We will inform you about the refund by email.
Please note that not picking up the package is not a customer return. We charge processing costs of €19.90 for the packages that have not been picked up within the storage period. If you are unable to pick the parcel up, please notify our customer service of it before the parcel is sent back to us.
Where can I make a complaint about a product?
If you have a complaint about a product that was bought in the Dachstein Outdoor online shop, please contact our customer service via e-mail at customerservice@dachsteinoutdoor.com.
How do I exchange a product?
Products cannot be directly exchanged in the Dachstein Outdoor online shop. If you want to exchange a product you have ordered, you must first return the product to our online shop and then place a completely new order for the product you want.
Products are sold at the prices valid at the time of the purchase. If you bought discounted products and the discount has ended by the time of placing the new order, the new order is charged at the prices valid at that time. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
What is the time limit for exchanges and refunds?
Products ordered from the Dachstein Outdoor online shop can be refunded within 30 days.
Can all products be exchanged or returned?
All products bought from the Dachstein Outdoor online shop can be returned within 30 days. If you wish to exchange a product you have ordered, you must first return the item to our online shop and then place a new order for the new product.
Please note that the items must be in their original packaging, unused and in original condition with any product labels and tags in place to be eligible for a return. Any products received for free when placing the order must be returned if the product that entitled you to the free product is returned.
The return shipment is free of charge. If you return all the products you ordered, the full price of the purchase, including the shipping costs, will be refunded.
How do I place an order?
Choose the products you want to order from the Dachstein Outdoor online shop’s selection by placing them in the shopping bag. In the shopping bag you can see the total cost of the products and possible delivery charges. By clicking ‘Go to checkout’ you can fill out your details and pay for the order.
How quickly after returning a product will I be refunded and where is the money refunded to?
We will refund the product within 14 days of the return, as soon as we have received, inspected and accepted the returned product. The refund is made using the same payment method as the original payment. You will receive an email once the refund is completed. If – after returning one or more products – your order no longer qualifies for a discount you received when ordering, the value of the discount may be deducted from the total amount refunded to you.
Can I change my order after I have paid for it?
The order cannot be changed after it has been paid for and confirmed.
How do I know that my order has been received?
Once the order has been paid for, an order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided in your details.
How long is my parcel kept at the UPS Access Point™?
Parcels are kept at the UPS Access Point™ for 7 days.
Why is my order split into multiple parcels?
Sometimes we might have to split an order into multiple parcels and ship them separately. If so, then each parcel will be delivered with their own tracking code. You will receive the tracking codes via email. You can use a link in the message to adjust the delivery, have the shipment redirected to any UPS collection point, or issue a drop-off authorization. Even if your order is split into multiple parcels and shipped separately, you only need to pay delivery costs for one shipment.
Where is my order delivered?
By default, shipments are delivered directly to the specified delivery address. If your shipment cannot be delivered, it will be forwarded to a UPS Access Point™ near you and you will be notified by email and SMS.
You will be notified by email once the shipment has been accepted by UPS. The email contains a tracking link on the UPS website. The day before the scheduled delivery, you will receive another message either by email or SMS. You can use a link in the message to adjust the delivery, have the shipment redirected to any UPS collection point, or issue a drop-off authorization.
How long does delivery take?
Generally, delivery takes 3 to 5 working days. Please note that, for example, during sales and campaigns the number of orders may increase suddenly, which will affect the estimated delivery times.
What are the shipping costs?
We charge a flat rate of €4.90 for shipping per order. The delivery method is UPS Standard.
Where do you deliver?
At this time, we deliver products to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to these locations:
Cyprus. France: Guadalupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion, Saint-Pierre and Miquelon, Mayotte, French Southern Territories, Wallis and Futuna, French Polynesia, New Caledonia, Sainth Barthélemy, Saint Martin, Monaco, Corsica. Denmark: Faroe Islands, Greenland. Finland: Åland. Malta.
